Purchasing Card
PFM Asset Management LLC offers the Purchasing Card, which is a specialized credit card that empowers agency employees to purchase goods and services directly. This not only eliminates the typical requisition, purchasing, receiving and accounts payable process, but it also enables agencies to streamline the buying process, control maverick purchases, reduce acquisition expenses, maintain an audit trail and obtain cash rebates. Cards look and operate similar to credit cards, but they do not carry a revolving line of credit. Individual card limits can be established per transaction, per month and by vendor.
